Q?When should I order my cake?

Cakes and desserts must be ordered at least 48 hours in advance. Celebration cakes should be ordered at least 2 weeks before the event date. Wedding cakes should be ordered at least a month before the wedding reception. However, if you require the cake sooner, I’ll see what I can do! This may include an extra charge.

Q?Can I pick up my cake?

Cakes can be picked up or we can deliver for an additional cost. If you are picking up your cake, please be aware that multiple tier cakes may be delicate to transport. Try to drive slowly!

Q?Can you create a cake for me that I have not seen in your picture gallery?

Of course we can! Only our imaginations combined can limit us on what we can come up with! So let it run wild and think about exactly what you want!

Q?Do you Deliver?

YES. Delivery is available for all cakes.
Delivery fees start at $15.00, but are calculated by distance traveled and are roughly $2/km.
Longer deliveries are occasionally arranged, but must be determined on a case-by-case basis.
While it is generally not a problem for clients to transport smaller cakes, self-transporting any cake is at your own risk.
Please contact us with the delivery date address and time for a quote on delivery and set up.

Q?What is your payment policy?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any order. The remaining balance is due 30-days prior to the event date for wedding orders, or on the pick-up day of celebration orders.
Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
No monies will be refunded to the customer if a wedding order is cancelled within 30-days of the event date, or within 3-days of a celebration order pick-up.

Q?How do I order a cake?

To start the order process, send me an email using ekaterina.meishutovich@gmail.com or through the more information tab with all of the following information:
the date of your event
the occasion/nature of your event
(If delivery is needed) the event location, delivery address, and delivery time
how many people you will need to feed
your daytime phone number
your email address

I will contact you to discuss your order. If you don’t hear back from me, please call me (it might get a bit hectic at times). Every cake I make is custom made to order from start to finish.
